HOW DO I BEGIN THE ADMISSION PROCESS?
You may begin by submitting your admission application and scheduling your meet & greet with the Pearls Trip Coordination Team.  The next steps include payment of your production fee, followed by booking your travel and lodging.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FOR MY PRODUCTION FEE PAYMENT?
You will receive a receipt within 3 business days
IS MY PRODUCTION FEE REFUNDABLE? 
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee is only refundable if the trip is canceled by The Pearl’s Heart, LLC.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Yes! Please note that only fully admitted attendees will have access to the Pearls Trip Experience and Events, and Communications. Please have your friend complete the full admission process.
CAN A ROOMMATE BE ASSIGNED TO ME?
We can assist you in finding a roommate within our attendees. Please email THEPEARLSHEART@GMAIL.COM for assistance.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO TRAVEL TO JAMAICA?
YES. Your passport will need to be valid when you enter Jamaica, and when you leave. Please ensure that you have at least 6 months of travel validity left on your passport before expiry ahead of the trip.
WHAT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER/EXIT JAMAICA?
Current requirements include:
  • A valid passport
  • An approved Travel Authorization form prior to boarding a flight to Jamaica
  • Proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular (PCR, NAA, RNA) or Antigen test performed by an accredited lab for which the sample was collected within 3 days of the travel date.

DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED TO TRAVEL TO JAMAICA?
Currently, vaccination is NOT a requirement.
DOES THE RESORT OFFER COMPLIMENTARY COVID TESTING?
 YES! Per the Jewel Grande Website:
 “Effective December 6, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has expanded requirements for a negative COVID-19 test result to all air-travel passengers entering the United States. For more information, visit: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/testing-international-air-travelers.html
You will need to get a COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) no more than 1 day before you travel by air into the United States. You must show your negative result to the airline before you board your flight.
As a result, Playa Hotels & Resorts provides complimentary antigen testing to accommodate our U.S. travelers and results can be provided within 24-hours prior to departure. Complimentary antigen tests are available to registered guests returning to the U.S. from any of our 17 resorts across Mexico and throughout the Caribbean.”
